张波，男，中共党员，足球巴巴研究员，海南省爱国卫生专家，云南省预防医学会社会医学分会委员。主要研究方向为人工智能赋能的传染病预防与控制。“十三五”科技冬奥重点专项、“十四五”生物与信息融合重点专项任务负责人，主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、地区基金等纵向课题。在The Lancet、The Lancet Infectious Diseases等期刊发表文章40余篇。担任PLOS Neglected Tropical Diseases、BMC Public Health编委。
